We file claims as a courtesy; you are responsible for any copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or non-covered services.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full before treatment begins. We accept:

No other payment methods are accepted at this time.
Office Policies
- Appointment Confirmation - Please confirm your child’s appointment at least 48 hours in advance via text or phone reminder. Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled to accommodate other families.
- One Parent in Treatment Area - One parent or guardian may accompany their child during treatment. For safety and focus, additional children should remain in the waiting area with another adult.
- Cell Phones & Recording - Cell phone use, video calls, recording, and photography are not permitted in the treatment area to maintain focus, privacy, and a calm environment.
- Food & Drink - No food or drinks are allowed in the clinical/treatment areas to support infection control and safety standards.

For those without insurance, we offer transparent in-house pricing. New patient special:
- Under age 3: Exam, cleaning, fluoride – $179
- Age 3 and up: Exam, cleaning, fluoride, x-rays – $199
